chocks Nos. 2, 3, and 4. Receiving all services from the pier. Ships present include
various units of the U.S.
Pacific Fleet, U.S. Pacific Reserve Fleet, and
Harbor and District
Craft. SOPA is Commander Mine Forces,
U.S. Pacific Fleet,
in the U.S. Naval Station,
